Depending on the series, as some of the older ones we are doing only have 2.0 audio. most of them do have 5.1 audio. Each episode of just about everything we have released does label what the audio track is on the stream list. Or when you change from one audio track to another.

Well this is certainly disappointing. It seems he-aac is still being utilized by this group for 5.1 audio. It is my contention that he-aac audio has no place in a dvd encode. The whole purpose of the multi-channel audio is to improve the listening experience, yet with 5.1 he-aac, I find the audio artifacts degrade the potential enjoyment to a serious degree.
Not many people even have 5.1 setups for their computers, and I have seen testimony from those that did, saying that they prefer a higher quality 2.0 track.
If you really want to have 5.1 audio, then I implore you to use the 5.1 ac3 track or ~300 bitrate 5.1 lc-aac audio.
I really hope you consider my position, as I truly believe the use of he-aac audio in this particular application to have no merit.
