Hello.

I've seen one episode of this anime subbed by another fansub group, but they discontinued subbing it. Sad

It was a really funny show.
It's a really old show, so not sure if anyone would have the raws for it.

Not only is this not licensed, there has only been one episode fansubbed by one group.

We do not fansub so we can't do this show.
